Evidence of comprehensive general construction/restoration experience with a focus on residential (single family and multi unit) projects. A journeyman ticket is an asset, but not essential. The ability to follow construction drawings, scope of work, policies and procedures. Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in construction. The ability to use and maintain all relevant tools and equipment. Able to quickly and accurately identify and estimate the quantity of materials required. Good problem-solving skills. Superior customer service skills. Clean criminal record as it relates to work. Valid BC Class 5 drivers license with satisfactory abstract.

Restore/repair property, providing quality work within a varied and productive environment. Although finishing and rough carpentry are the primary focus, you will be expected to utilize general construction skills including: cabinetry, drywall repairs, painting, etc. Ensure safety is first and foremost in all activities, at both a personal and a team level. Work both as part of a team and independently. Deliver outstanding customer service experiences. Work with a "clean as you go" mentality. Assist other team members as required.
