Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. The carpenter will work on a variety of projects ranging from residential to commercial, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

• This position may require occasional overtime and weekend work, depending on project deadlines and workload.

• Candidates will undergo a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Proven experience as a carpenter.

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools relevant to carpentry work.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches.

• Strong knowledge of wood properties and carpentry techniques.

• Experience in framing, trim work, and finishing.

• Capability to accurately measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials.

• Familiarity with building codes and regulations.

• Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of carpentry work.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.

• Commitment to safety protocols and practices on job sites.

• Flexibility to work in various environments and adapt to project requirements.

• Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and techniques.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or apprenticeship in carpentry is a plus.
