Natasha Pinto, Sr. Vice President, Operations: As the Senior Vice President of Operations, Natasha is responsible for driving stakeholder engagement and delivering national consistency through operational excellence. Natasha brings a wealth of knowledge, with 20 years experience in the insurance industry. As an advocate for DEI initiatives, Natasha leads DKI Canada’s Women and Allies Restoration Summit, bringing today’s challenges and opportunities forward to tackle as an industry. She was recently awarded as a ‘2024 Elite Woman’ by Insurance Business Canada Magazine. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Honours from Queens University and is working towards her CIP designation.
