In her role as Director, Software Development, Bindu is responsible for the direct leadership, prioritization, and coaching of our software development team, and works to ensure the delivery of all Innovation projects in a timely manner. Bindu has spent over 18 years managing software development, systems integration, and data management in various corporate environments. Her software development experience has evolved through many facets of the business world including travel, accounting, hydro & utility, and national produce distribution.

Bindu strongly believes in a collaborative approach, through all levels of organization, building cross-functional teams with a shared focus and goal. She is continually upgrading her skill set based on current and future technologies and thrives on finding solutions to unique challenges – all while working through life with a good sense of humour.
